What we offer to clients

Palmers’ range of legal services is extensive. We provide to our business clients advice on company, commercial and employment law disputes, commercial property acquisitions and disposals, business expansion and re-financing, and to our private clients assistance in conveyancing, family law, civil litigation and criminal law matters.  We also have a substantial Trusts and Probate Department.

 

 

My profile

I specialise in family law and deal with a wide variety of domestic issues, relating mainly to children, divorce and separation, pre-nuptial agreements, same-sex agreements and cohabitation issues. 

I aim to make often difficult and upsetting legal processes as pain-free to my clients as possible.  Advice given is intended to be timely, concise, sympathetic and practical.
